1. Consistency: Consistency is the key to achieving any long-term goal. Start by identifying areas in your life where consistency would benefit you the most. Start with small goals and do them consistently. It is so much easier to stay in a routine if it is doable.

Whether it's waking up early, exercising, or practicing mindfulness, these habits, when consistently nurtured, become the pillars of your longevity journey.
3. Flexibility: While consistency is key, it's equally important to stay flexibile. Life is unpredictable, and we don’t need more stress than we already have! Allow yourself to adjust when needed and don’t beat yourself up. Just ry to stay on track towards your goals as best you can.
4. Joy & Gratitude: Remember to add joy and gratitude into your day. There are small blessings all around you, if you just pay attention. Celebrate your progresses you have made and realize the joy in the journey.
5. Embracing Imperfections: This is a tough one for me: welcome the not-so-perfect outcomes of your efforts. Be graceful towards yourself when you make mistakes.(try to laugh at yourself!) It is part of the process. You will come back stronger!
