Where should I plan to do my MeTreat?

You can find a place that you feel comfortable in, as long as it is not in your own surroundings. An Airbnb works well, a hotel somewhere along the ocean/ lake where it may be quiet and pretty or if a friend is traveling and you may be able to stay in their home can work well, too.

What do I do about food, etc during my retreat?

I encourage you to bring breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks. It is just so much easier not to have to worry about searching for a restaurant/ shop. You can find suggestions in the Packing List.

Do I have to have everything figured out before I purchase my MeTreat?

Absolutely not. In fact, simply making the decision to choose YOU and make the

purchase before you start planning is a perfect first step.

Am I allowed to have my cell phone? 

Of course, you will want to check in with your family and also use it as an alarm or to listen to music, but don't let it distract you! :)

What if I am not able to do a suggested activity such as the yoga session, or the walking/ running outside?

I would suggest doing what you are able to. Perhaps you can move gently in place, do some stretches or if you want to take time to read or do a craft, that may be nice as well.
